Comprehensive Server Management Service

MegaNetServe Offers a Comprehensive Server Management Service for our Clients using Windows Operating System. Our Management Platform is the centralized management point and also the hub and repository for monitoring, managing, reporting of all managed service elements. The intelligent, ultra lightweight and efficient Client Agent installed on the Servers makes them accessible to Management System and to our Engineers 24 hours a day every day.

 

Network & Services Monitoring

Proactive monitoring of Server’s Network and its availability is included as a part of the solution. Network Bandwidth usage is polled every 5 minutes to ensure trouble free operation. Server’s network connectivity and up to 4 services running on the server can be monitored via SNMP.

 

Alerts and Notifications

If the server becomes unreachable or the Services being monitored is non-responsive, our Management System will send out Alerts to our Urgent Response Team as well as designated Client contacts.

 

Automated Patch and Update Management

Our Management System automatically keeps servers up-to-date with the latest security patches and software updates to help keep security holes closed and server applications updated.

 

Server Administration

Our management tools allow our Engineers to manage, monitor and keep your servers running in top performance and reliability. The tools proactively monitor servers’ performance constantly; mitigate in-network security risks and to resolve hardware problems.

 

Antivirus & Antimalware Management

With award winning Kaspersky Labs Security Software, managed by MegaNetServe automatically, we can ensure that the Servers are protected every day from Viruses, Worms, Spyware and Trojans. Kaspersky monitors incoming traffic to ensure that it doesn’t carry a threat payload. The Client Agent report infections, threats and security violations, allowing MegaNetServe staff to resolve them quickly.

Server Monitoring and Alert Service

MegaNetServe also offers a simplified Monitoring and Alert Service for Server customers using any operating system seeking to ensure consistant uptime and bandwidth usage details of their Dedicated or Virtual Servers.  Our montoring system polls the Server for Network presence, Bandwidth usage and optionally upto 4 additional services using SNMP polling.  This will allow the clients to monitor the server's Bandwidth usage, uptime history, using the Customer Service Portal.  If the server becomes unreachable or the Services being monitored is non-responsive, our Management System will send out Alerts to our Urgent Response Team as well as designated Client contacts.
